At Kulani Kinis, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that all items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn bikinis in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene stickers have not been removed.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
